As soon as we have received your order, we will get to work right away!
For shipments within the Netherlands
Your package will be offered by PostNL, DHL, or another delivery service and sent via the standard parcel service. If possible, we use letterbox packages. These packages fit through your letterbox. You do not have to be at home to receive this.
As soon as we have delivered your package for shipment, you will automatically receive an email with the track & trace code. You can use this to track your package. It usually takes 2 to 3 working days to receive your package (note: weekend days do NOT count). During holidays it may take longer before you receive your package.
If your package has not arrived after seven working days, or if you have other questions about your order, please send an email with your name and order number to email@example.com.
For shipments outside the Netherlands
Your package will be offered to PostNL, or another delivery service, and sent via the standard parcel service.
If possible, we use letterbox packages. These packages are sent by means of a bio-degradable packaging (shipping bag), or cardboard box.
As soon as we have delivered your package for shipment, you will receive an email with the track & trace code. You can use this to track your package.
The average delivery times are stated with the shipping method. The stated delivery times are purely indicative and may take longer due to crowds, holidays or customs.
If your package has not arrived after the aforementioned time period, have you not received an email with a track & trace code or do you have other questions about your order? Send an email with your name and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All shipments outside the Netherlands are insured and provided with tracking. If your package is lost, you will be credited the full order amount.
First of all, we kindly ask you to carefully select the item(s) before you place an order! Check the measurements provided by us in the description of each product. If you have a question please send us an email at email@example.com
Shipping isn't free of course, and also not good for the planet. Please first consider and choose consciously.
If the ordered item is not what you expected, you can return this item within 14 days of receipt. Notify us in advance via email or through a DM on Instagram @vintage.nomads
PLEASE NOTE: The shipping costs for returning are for your own account!
We do not accept returns of clothing that has been worn, that has (make-up) stains on it or is damaged. When your return meets the above conditions, you can send your return.
You can use the original box or shipping bag for the return. Was the plastic packaging badly damaged when opened and can no longer be sealed with tape or adhesive tape? Then we kindly ask you to use an old box or alternative packaging.
Then, within 14 days of receiving your order, send the item(s) to the address below. Sometimes you can also create a return label via the track & trace email (within Europe).

As soon as we have received your package, we will check the items and, after approval, we will transfer the amount to be credited to you. We will deposit this within 7 working days into the (bank) account known to us. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have transferred the amount.
If the amount is not in your account after 7 working days, please contact us!
PLEASE NOTE: If you have benefited from the free shipping costs above €75 (or €150 outside the Netherlands), and the order amount after return is lower than €75/€150, we will still charge the shipping costs. to reduce the amount to be refunded by the shipping costs to be paid. We do this to prevent abuse of our free shipping scheme.
